Supplied us with pair of springs and we fitted them and after 2 weeks the lower 2 leafs started to turn, we rang and credit to them they sent out another set asap which were a better spring than the first set and fitted them, But would not pay any thing to the cost of fitting the second set they sent, so we lost out on the job having to do the job twice .

Outstanding Service. We had ordered 2 leaf springs which turned out to be the wrong parts (our fault). When we phoned, the issue was resolved within 30 seconds with collection and replacement parts sent within 24 hours. The parts were of good quality so zero issues. Would highly recommend.
