Kaine was Professional and very kind. He listen to our concerns. He answered all our question. He checked everything. He also gave us prices and options for a new Thermostat. Will definitely continue using Sandhills for our unit. Highly recommend having them come in and check things and be sure they are in good working order. Worth the price of a check up.

Technician Devin came to our home today and installed a nest thermostat and added an extra vent in our master closet. He did an excellent job. He was on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Nest product he was installing. He took time to explain how to use the thermostat and to make sure we understood how it worked. He also ran the AC unit to make sure the air flow was correct in the closet. I would not hesitate to contact Sandhills heating again. Great company and technician. Thank you.
