Been waiting 6 months for lenses. Prescription always made incorrectly. Won't refund money. Never answer phone or call back. They tried giving me a trifocal lens that literally had 3 layers glued together and was tiered. See photo.

Sandia vision is the best eyeglass doctor I have ever visited. The eye glasses they provide are by far the best quality eyeglasses I've ever had..

The staff here did a great job to help me get in and get my exam done quickly and efficiently. Evita was a huge help and I'm glad they have such great people like her working here. I would definitely recommend Sandia for anyone. Thanks to everyone else who helped me from the front, to check out who's names I can't remember

If I could give negative reviews I would. I have gone to Sandia Vision for over 10 years. I loved my doctor there but he retired and this place has really gone downhill, and not not just since Covid. We have had significant issues with them for at least the past 2 years. They don’t return phone calls, they destroyed my daughters glasses trying to “fix” them. It took them 6 weeks to get my husbands glasses in before Covid and after we called they were magically just in. My other daughter called every day for over a month and left messages trying to talk to someone in their glasses department and they never called back. Covid is no excuse for poor customer service! We are glad to find a new vision clinic!!!

I have been going to Sandia Vision for years and have always been a happy camper until now. I had a routine eye exam this year and apparently I have a medical condition that the doctor failed to inform me of. As a result, I ended up paying most of my invoice out of pocket due to how insurance plans work. Failure of a doctor to inform a patient of a medical diagnosis is beyond unacceptable. The whole point of having an eye exam is to determine the health of my eyes. If I have a new diagnosis as a result of that exam the doctor is obligated to inform me of that diagnosis. If I can’t trust the doctors than I can’t trust this business as a whole.
