This place is fantastic.. Very friendly and up beat... Also, the cats never complain.. Their fees are average, not gouging like some. So I recommend them.

I love this animal hospital the vets are always friendly and take care of my dogs with such care. My chihuahua threw his back out and the were so kind to him and my bulldog has bad allergies and helped him. They take the time to educate you with what you need to do as well as love you animals they know that your furbabies are family too.

It's hard to get appointments they take a very long time I've waited a month at times. Also won't give you any information when you call about medication questions if they weren't prescribed by them. Had a couple questions about a medication the emergency vet they recommend during off hours gave us but they can't help you with your questions just tell you to call the emergency vet.

This is not my veterinarian but I drove someone there with their pet and all have to wait outside while the pets go inside since covid and was so impressed as the veterinarian called on the phone and spent so much time explaining every concern in great details. Never once was the pet owner rushed and this was very time consuming for the veternarian and us but still so thorough.. Again wow amazing....

It took 3 WEEKS for them to see my cat. They misdiagnosed him. They gave him a shot and Saturday 9am I called as website says open. No return call till Monday. I had to put him down Sunday I believe due to the shot as he only had a runny eye. Basically they want clients who they can scheduled for maintenance only. They blame everything on Covid when the truth is they have been like this even in the old building. They put on a good front but they only want the easy money no relationships with your pet or you!. So .
