Louise has had the MASSIVE challenge of making pregnancy yoga accessible theough lockdown and beyond. I started the classes on zoom and Luoise really thought about accessibility and opened to studio making it safe but continued to provide access online due to capacity limitations. The class is focused on wellbeing for both baby and i and preparing for birth. The classes are professional well prepared and thoroughly enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolutely love my yoga classes at sandstone - my favourite is hot yoga and after trying their yoga flow today I felt amazing! They’re so supportive and all the teachers are lovely and make you feel at ease and comfortable to push yourself to the next level! Love it ! X
