Do not work with this company! They have really bad customer service. They promised to deliver the mirror we ordered in June 2019, its January 2020 and still nothing. When we asked for a refund they approved it and then went back on the word. As well the boss keeps avoiding our calls. Do not put yourself under stress by engaging with this company.

Worst customer service experience. I ordered a wallpaper to be installed, had to chase after the sales rep in 50 email exchanges to finally get things finalized. They sourced a company to install the wallpaper. It was done terribly the first time round. Complained about it to collaro..the outsourced company took 6 weeks to finally install it. Collaro never followed up, never checked or even confirmed that the Job was done to satisfaction. Absolutely pathetic service. Don't ever use this company. I would give zero stars if that was an option on the rating.

Six weeks after Collaro had confirmed my couch had been ordered, I called to check on progress and the staff told me it was not ordered and I had to wait four more weeks for my couch. There was no apology and they only offered a discount for the inconvenience when I asked for one (they gave me a measly 2% discount). When I asked to cancel my order and have my money refunded, staff did not know the process and the time it would take to refund me. Absolutely poor customer service - would not recommend.
