Nothing like having a surgeon tell you he would rather not cut and recommend conservative treatment. Dr. Van Heerden is a straight shooter who seems less focussed on making big bucks in the theatre than about getting his patients healthy. 8ts been a long journey but having started with his advice I am already feeling way more comfortable with my back that I was six months ago.
