Huge selection. First class service. Once lost a teddy in the store in the change room and they kept it for me coz they saw my kid was playing with it so they are observant and pretty cool!

Staff members in the changing rooms fail to communicate procedures with clients on entry, even after being greeted however very happy to reprimand after the fact. That kind of customer service looses clients.

Friday 21/6/2019. In the queue to the till point the staff were body shaming an Indian lady who was of very fair skin colour. They called her all names and even mantioned she looks like she rose from the dead. All of them including the Guys were adding on with evil comments. Shame on you H&M Sandton staff. How were you trained.. you drag your feet on the work floors as if you are doing us a favour. After that you come to the tills and gossip about your costumers. You should visit H&M New York.. and get some lessons. People are not the same but we are there for 1 reason to get service and pay for the service rendered- it doesn’t have to be about the clothes purchased but about your behavior towards us. So the ratings that mentioned H&M clothes being nice has nothing to do with staff since you( the staff) don’t make the clothes. I felt so bad, sick in my stomach and wondered what you guys were gonna say about me as I walked out. Most of you don’t look like models, but you point fingers on others ( customers) and make jokes about us that lady was a mom with her children and was a wife with her husband there.. Shame on you. Where is your respect. What you did was evil and a crime. You don’t know who stands in line and who is listening, you could have been recorded and could have been in big trouble. Keep your comments to your selves about how people look. We not from same families so we can’t be the same and if you don’t know “variety is a spice of life”. And in service you can’t body judge us. Just do you job and serve with love, at least you get paid for it. So sad.
