I have not been there in quite some times but the ladies were always very friendly and the place is clean. Had the best wax treatment here too. It’s not your 5 stars experience but the service is great.

It's the first time I've opted to do an acrylic overlay at your spot and it's 1 week later and I already find there's lifting on quite a few nails. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with: immediately after getting my soak off done, the technician who applied the acrylic did no prep to the nailbed. No pushing back of the cuticles.... None of that. Is the person who soaks off the nails supposed to do the nail prep or the technician doing the acrylic application?

I’ve been to nails of note about 3 to 4 times and the staff have always been so nice and i am always satisfied with my nails. But i do feel like the owner needs to treat the staff with more respect.

I have been going to NoN for the last 8 years and I have received nothing but great service. This starts from the Manager (Nombuso) to my Nail technician (Daphne). I just wish the owner would treat her staff with more respect

Terrible service. Had acrylic tips done and within 3 days I had 2 fall off and 3 lifting. Went to go get them soaked off, the lady left me soaking in acetone for an hour and went to do someone else’s nails. When I was finally assisted, she was in such a rush to complete it that she cut me and left glue all over my fingers and palms. I went there for professional service and wasted my money.

Just before Christmas I went to got my nails done(gelish), a week later it fell off, I did not complain. On Saturday I went in for a full pedi with Gel, Saturday night the gel on one toe was off. So disapointed with this establishment
