I have applied in march 2020 for flisp and I got approval in January 2021 , Sent all the required docs then , But it seems like they keep loosing these docs as whenever I do get through for some feedback they request me to send docs again because they cant find it , But its government services what can I say ... go ANC keep giving pathetic services, If I could rate a minus on the stars I would.

Their services is bad, the consultant even forgot the lie they told you repeated it week after week.

The service is terrible,the calls never get answered and sending emails is hopeless as the useless consultants will never get back to you nor acknowledge receiving the documents .Throughout lock down we were told that the agent ([email protected]\u003e , [email protected]) are working from home yet none of them attends to our emails.Even yesterday I send out an email & no reply .THE WORST SERVICE EVER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I am appalled by the way NHFC operates.

The phone would ring and ring, if you are lucky it will be cut while waiting to be transferred to the right extension. No response on emails. These offices are too far for me to go with half information. Please address this issue
