Dr Pillay delivered my baby in 2020 during the most difficult and uncertain time of a hard lockdown (Covid19) . As a first time mother I was very fearful and didn't know what to expect especially during the pandemic. Dr Pillay and her team are absolutely professional and simply remarkable. My baby was very big born at 4.58kg. He's delivery was smooth with no complications whatsoever. This woman is very passionate about her work and I would definately recommend her services. ..

An unscrupulous practitioner that endangered my wife and twins. My wife was struggling with a rough pregnancy and asked for time off; despite ending up in ICU in another province with preeclampsia symptoms, Dr Pillay still made her work till she went into labour 7 weeks prematurely. Our babies were safely delivered by the very underrated Dr Kofi Kwaw-Asante who happened to be on call because Pillay was in Portugal on holiday. Dr Kofi not only impressed the surgical team and us with exemplary skills, but had an amazing bedside manner and genuine care. He also charges medical aid rates. To date, Dr Pillay is still trying to extort her premium rates from Discovery Health despite not having delivered our children. This is a doctor all about money and a genuinely trashy human being.
