Useless service. Took Rain seconds to debit my bank account. Took eight days to connect my SIM. The number of emails it takes to get a refund from Rain is mind-numbing. Getting a refund is like speaking a foreign language. Their standard response: Is this matter resolved or how can we assist you today? I just want my money back.

Poor network, I haven't had network for 3 month but every month they re taking money in my account even when I have concluded the card, when I ask for refund they are saying to wait for the billing pple then next month again the money is gone. Useless calling them coz they will only ask for you details and give you references number they will never come back to you but you will continue calling them.

I have never experienced such, not bad, but non existent service! Seriously people just do not go there, do not consider it, they simply do not care! They should not be allowed to do business and take money for such disastrous service! Run! Don’t Ever Rain!

I love Rain but as my husband had a problem with the router, he made an appointment with them we waited all day for this technician to show. The time date was confirmed twice 11:30 the technician should have came to see what was wrong we waited. NO SHOW, then rain sent him a message about a confusion after we waited until 5pm I am very disappointed in the service, we moved a lot of appointments for this technician to show IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5 STAR RATING BECASUSE WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE SPEED AND QUALITY My husband recommends this wifi router to all but if the service care is so poor how can we recommend it again to franchise businesses that had ordered more than 500 units The technician called my husband and said he is on his way 30 minutes away. The technician did arrive with a bit of a attitude because of an power outage luckily we had alternate electric power (generator) but we had to get fuel for it. My husband jumped quick in the car to get fuel. The technician commented he does not want to wait an hour , but after I and my mother in law informed him he is only 5 minutes away ,the technician almost left After this long story all got sorted for rain and its quick internet upload, download we receive from the router I'm gonna add one more star NOTE: not at optimal placements Upload speed between 25 an 65 megabytes per second Download speed between 525 and 325 megabytes per second Average daily operational speed 254 megabytes per second WHICH IS EXCELLENT AS MY HUSBAND CONDUCTS BUSINESS IN THE USA ,UK , EU AND AUSTRALIA DAILY THANK YOU RAIN ####Please work on your technician services and courtesy towards customers

I am having problems lately with your service. The wifi goes down without notice and i am left without signal. What is the problem? i am really disturbed. Can't get hold of anyone. How can get service if do not have alternative ways to contact you. I work on deadline and cannot have an unreliable network.

Worst customer experience of my life, they keep sending the same instructions and one of the consultants even told me to cancel the service because there is nothing they can do to solve my problem. They don't care to retain their existing customers.

We have been without internet now for 72 hrs and cannot contact rain as there are no numbers! The one I did find gets pressed dead! So what do we do we are using this for business which means we are now loosing money! I'm definitely going to another provider
