Hello. Has anyone done the LASIK surgery at the safe sight centre? How did it go?

Dr Maleka is ok but KB is a terrible manager .. I came all the way from Ghana to have surgery done .. I requested for simple report on the eye tests I did on the consultation day but till date haven’t received anything ... have made endless calls been there again but to no avail .. I have asked her to get back to me on the possibility of doing the surgery on Monday but I have still not heard from her by mail or call ...how do I trust my sight on people who don’t value customers . I am paying cash for the surgery and not medical aid ... it’s soo frustrating and I only have some few days left to go back. Dr, IF U DONT WANT YOUR COMPANY TO COLLAPSE GET KB some Costumer Service Training. I am still waiting for my report ... I paid for it and have the right to information for future use and reference

Dr Maleka is excellent. Receptionist/admin staff overbook and appointments are then delayed. You wait for on average an hour!
