My swimming teacher is Nontokozo, as an adult who cloudn't swim I was very scared to start swimming lessons. She made me feel so comfortable and pushed me at every lesson. I never thought that I would be able to swim let alone float, she taught me that my only limitation is my mind. Her patience and caring nature made me feel more comfortable and confident with each lesson. If you are an adult who needs to learn how to swim, I would highly recommend her. She is always willing to reschedule to accommodate you if your schedule changes. I am greatful to her for her patience because now I can swim and keep learning neew styles of swimming at each lesson. Thank you Sandown for having such a great instructor.
