Usually have to wait an hour to an hour and a half before getting my food. Does not come with serviettes either

Placed my order at 11:09, confirmation email arrived at 11:12, by 12:20 I had to phone to find out where my order was. Was told they were waiting for the driver, the driver arrived as I was speaking to manager, I was told my sandwich would leave then. It is now 12:54, no sandwich in sight. Wont order from here again.

Great food but crappy delivery, driver pitches up with a speed point that doesn't work. no cash on me, so returned the food. with no pay.
