Beautiful furniture, but poor appalling service. i was told that the lead time is 6 weeks, this turned out to be 6 weeks longer (double the time) with no communication whatsoever, i was the one who always had to call and trace. you call the shop , nobody cares, they have your money , you are locked in and they don't take responsibility, they promise to trace and call back but don't keep promises. i have ordered twice , experience always the same. i have learned my lesson , never again! Kramerville is the store i used.

Great furniture but customer service lacking. From what I observed, staff judge customers by appearance. And normally who you think won’t buy are the ones that will buy and vice versa. I saved money to buy Chelmsford couches, I left without buying it coz no one was willing to help me,
SHF has a beautiful range of #furniture, but while decorating my home, the experience at SHF wasn't as good as other premium #furnishers in their price point. The sales people seemed pressured and desperate, and the delivery experience wasn't great. It felt haphazard and the team clearly saw it as just a job that had to do. However, during the manufacturing period, I had someone email me with regular updates and that was incredible. It really helped me understand timelines and allowed me to manage the project more efficiently.

Nothing much to write home about...they are ok....previously our visits to this place was very disappointing..they have a total lack of customer care and are far from helpful..every time I walked in here I though how stupid of them not to either train their staff properly or change them ..i work in the customer care industry worldwide and i know that before u sell anything u sell yourself .u sell your smile...your knowledge...your care...your undivided attention so that your customer will want to buy your products...but this was not the case here..they were blunt...rude...and had a we dont care if u buy or not attitude....what a pity...they loose so many customers to the other customer friendly shops around ...but I must say we popped in today just to see if they were any better and there was a new guy named Paul who knew exactly what customers wanted...wow..I was surprised by his amazing customer care ..his knowledge and he went over and beyond to explain things to us...and was great ...so much so that we actually want to buy a couch from him well done paul...u are doing what every other salesperson should be doing...
Best place, I recommend visiting Paco's store, I think its on the 3rd block for a truly holistic decor experience. And the cafeteria place has the best sandwiches
