Do not see Yvette. She doesn't talk to anyone but her coworkers and doesn't care about what you want. She treats clients like she's doing them a favor. I went in saying I don't want long nails- I have nails that are so long I can't do anything except cocaine and poke eyeballs out. When I expressed that they were too long I got an eye roll and just continued to do what she wanted. I can't do anything with these nails and expressed why I was getting them done (Christmas lunch with boyfriend's family) and now I look like I do tricks on a street corner. Horrified by the service

Staff not interested in clients. They talk to each other all the time and not interested in clients. I do not go to any Sorbet any longer. I go to a salon where they care about their clients
