All fine until it is time\u200b to repay deposit. No replies to emails or phone calls. Still waiting. Not impressed Further month elapsed and still nothing. Do not deal with this crowd!!!
Storage Genie is an unethical, dishonest company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Damaged furniture due to leaky roof... And then it is yet to be seen if it is even possible to get your deposit back after you vacate the storage unit. So far, no luck, and no explanation, only lack of communication and bad attitude.
If I could give 0 stars I would. 3 Months later still no deposit. Emails and calls not answered/returned. SHOCKING.
