I went and bought a bed there yesterday. The person at the shop was extremely helpful and professional. He recommended which bed I should get and after sleeping on the bed I can say he did an excellent job. The bed was delivered within a couple of hours and everything was handled perfectly. Overall the place deserves its 5 star rating. Thank you very much!

Excellent service and customer care fron Karen @ the bed shop Fourways. Had a factory defect and she went out of her way to ensure unit was replaced. Now that is what i call customer service. (Turned my frown :( upside down :) :) :) )

Terrible service and product even worse ... one year later and I need to buy a new bed. Do your homework before buying from The Bed Shop. Look on Hallo Peter, numerous complaints! Do not buy from them as you will regret it.

The worse service! Bought a R11 000 bed that has collapsed after 3 years. It is still under warranty. Notified store more than 2 months ago of the fault. Very unprofessional.
