Very helpful and friendly staff. Went the extra mile to make sure that the roofbars I intended to purchase were right for my car. They also assisted with installing my roof bars at no extra cost. Staff are overall very helpful and focussed on the customer. Will defintely recommend.

First off the sales lady in the shop is great! Very helpful and polite. But definitely would not recommend this shop for installation of Thule racks. Took two cars there, had to re do the installation myself. Have had way better experiences at other Thule shops. (Rack n Road Thule Partner Beyers Naude or Thule Woodmead)
