Being \elderly\, I had a problem getting my new mobile phone working. I took a longshot and rang Sandtony. Twenty minutes later I popped in and all was working fine. No charge and this from a shop that does not specialize in mobile phones at all. This bodes well for any future customer service or after sales support for anyone buying a product from here.
