If only everything was available....
Ordered a part for my van on the Friday 30 November, needed it urgently. Called the following Thursday 6 December as I had heard nothing from them was told the order was being processed. When I asked why it was taking so long I did not get a rational answer. The order was dispatched on Monday 10 December and received Thursday 13 December two weeks after placing the order. I have had purchases from China arrive in less than half that time. Only use as a last resort and don't expect a prompt service.
bought a part that was too damaged to fit according to the professionals at my garage. after extremely limited contact with van parts 4 u i returned the part and was told a refund would be issued. it never was and now they refuse to pick up the phone or answer my emails. i have just filled out a small claims form against them. I would avoid them at all costs, they are thieves and liars and seem all lovely on the phone but are clearly cowboys.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I ordered my part 9 days ago still not here I finally got a phone call back to tell me parcel force had my part and I would get it soon. Nearly two weeks later and guess what it still isn't here.
