We got locked out of our call at the mall and they came within half an hour. They charged 50 to unlock the car and 2.50 for a house key copy (I figured we might as well since he was there lol). I appreciate the speed and friendliness of the service. They were the cheapest option from what we could find online. Even our car insurance, AllState, was way more expensive.

Caught the mobile locksmith outside Park City, UT. Needed a camper key cut! Very friendly and accommodating. He had the right key and cut it in a few minutes. Highly recommend this service.

I love this place, they have assisted me more times than I can count. They have gotten locked keys out of my car, made keys for a lock that had no keys for, batteries, fobs and key for my truck! Great attitudes and knowledge,Thank you.
I needed a spare key made for my car. They made the key and the only thing that worked is the unlock button. I didn’t check all the buttons when they handed it to me (didn’t think I needed too). Went to go use it and it doesn’t work. They not only couldn’t fix their key but would only give me a working one if I bought it on top of the non working one I already bought. I had my receipt and everything for proof of purchase from them. Really disappointing to have to spend over 200 dollars for someone else’s mistake. Would not recommend coming here.

I didn't actually use this service.. I would have but went somewhere else because of how rude the lady at reception was. And this is the first bad review I've ever written. I could not find my keys anywhere for days. So I needed them to come out and make one. I explained this over the phone and when the lady told me how much it was she said it like I was not going to be able to afford it. She also very rudely stated that they are going to need proof that It was my car. Making me feel like a thief or something when I could easily prove this. When I asked if it costs more for a car key than a house key she made me feel dumb by saying it's two completely different things. (When how am I supposed to know that.. it's still a locksmith coming to you to make a key) I ended up calling bobs lock safe and key where they didn't make me feel stupid or like a criminal and they got the job done. Even tho it was the same price maybe even slightly more it was worth it to be treated with respect. Not saying that everyone at action is rude but maybe get a nicer receptionist ?
