I had a free sub card given to me. It sat in my wallet for a long time, like those things do. I drove by their establishment today and decided to get my free sub. Apparently between getting the card and deciding to use it the restaurant changed owners. I was told that my free sub card would not be honored for some BS reason. If this is the kind of customer service this place is offering I will never visit any of the Firehouse chains again. Which is okay with me since the quality of their food has dwindled over the years. I recommend going to Five Guys in the same strip mall instead. They have great customer service and their food is top notch and always great.

1st time going here. I ordered a "medium", smokehouse brisket & cheddar. Let's just say, that I should have gone to Arby's, and got more for my money! The guy behind the counter claimed that I would never want to go to Subway again after eating this fantastic sandwich! Boy, was he absolutely wrong! A few thin slices of "brisket", some cheese sauce, and some BBQ sauce - for over 8 ??! Come on Firehouse....... you can definitely do better than that! Until you can... I'll be headed to Subway!!
I am a fan of firehouse subs! I have been here multiple times and typically have a great experience. Every now and then if they get a bit busy, the wait can be a little longer than I would like. Just make sure you plan accordingly! They make a mean sandwich! Enjoy!
Terrible customer service. Came a half hour before close and guy was literally mopping under my feet while I was trying to eat. Yet, the food was good and the girl behind the counter was both cute and sassy.
Management team is great! He does a great job in making sure everyone's being taken care of and receiving they're order correctly! Delicious sandwhiches! Thank you!
Quite enjoyed this place. For a sandwich shop it's really good! I got the Turkey Bacon Ranch and the Engineer. Both very well made. Bread is so soft and smells so good! Bacon was so soft was not overcooked like most sandwich shops. Honestly out of both I loved the Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Overall experience defiantly amazing, will come back for sure!! Amazing decor, and the kids get a cute firefighter hat!! Total win win!
They have gluten-free buns!!! I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich on gf bread and I loved it so much!! They treated my kids really well and let them have a plastic fireman's hat. Thanks!!!
The food here is great and the staff is always super friendly as well. Definitely give it a try.
