I came in for an auto loan about an hour before close on a Saturday. We went through the whole process but it took a bit longer to get the documents they needed to them.closing time came but Becky was willing to stay late just to help me get my loan finished. When all was said and done it was almost an hour after closing when we finished. This saved me tons of time from having to come back another day. Thank you Becky for being so willing to help out!!!

I could not sign in online full website so I had to go in to have them help me. I took about 10 minutes and I was logged into my account and got my Christmas at the same time. I love Golden West credit union and the staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Thank you ️
Absolutely worst customer service ever. I came in looking to open a business account and the teller (not a banker or loan officer that should sit me down and make me feel welcomed) knew what was needed to open my account. She literally told me to "google" what the list on the card she gave me for the required items. I went to another bank and I literally had all the correct paperwork she just didnt know or bother to ask the 4 other employee doing nothing. I felt like she didn't want me to bank with them. And I won't lie I was offended.
My husband and I have been to different branches of Credit Unions and have enjoyed our experience but this branch has been a headache to work with. They lack customer service and are so slow.
I have been with GWCU since around 2008- I believe that shows what kind of experience I have had.
