Sylvia & Patricia (a mom & daughter duo) came over today and cleaned everything on my list! Including deep cleaning my oven and shower. Something that needed to be done for months. I had his company scheduled weeks in advance. I had a tight schedule and events happening in my home this evening. I needed a clean house to entertain my guests. Happy house cleaning just didn’t show up. Didn’t call. Didn’t text. I had to call them. They then told me a text had supposedly been sent to me this morning letting me know that ALL THREE of the cleaners scheduled this morning were sick. I never received a text. NEVER hire this company! Waste of time and energy! Extremely unprofessional!!!

I've been using Happy Housecleaning for several years. I've read some negative reviews on Google and dont understand why unless they are mistakenly referring to another company. I had my house cleaned today and they did a deep clean. Very personable and professional employees. Everything from baseboards, ceiling fans, dusting wood shutters, my home office desk which was a mess, mopping etc. with green non toxic materials. They know the difference between Sanitizing and disinfecting. I've never had a bad experience. My house feels and is very clean to the point where I notice when I come home and look around, and I'm very picky. Sure they may have had scheduling issues during this pandemic but given this type of business, I commend them for what they have been able to accomplish with the restrictions in place.

We hired Happy House Cleaning to come into our home this past Friday. We left Thursday out of town and looked forward to returning to a clean home. That was not the case, unfortunately. No dusting was done, whatsoever. No shelves were wiped down. Nothing on the shelves got moved or wiped down. Assuming they at least wiped down the counters, nothing on them got wiped down or was moved to clean around. My bedroom and master bathroom didn't even get touched. My son was home and said two girls spent about 4 hours in the home and that a supervisor even came by after to approve the work! I'm blown away by the poor quality of cleaning we received and for the amount we paid to have it done. The floors are the only thing that look clean and my hallway bathroom that nobody uses so it was basically already clean. Very disappointing to pay a service for something that I still have to do myself.

Happy House Cleaning deep cleaned my entire house today. Although only one cleaner came and it took a long time, she did a great job and was very kind. Every surface shined and had perfect vaccum lines. It was easy to schedule and she showed up on time. The company was incredible to work with. I was very comfortable having Happy House Cleaning in my home. I also love that they have a program for free house cleaning for cancer patients. That is another thing that shows what a great company this is!

I really wanted a clean, organized house but am just feeling too pregnant and overwhelmed to do it myself. I’ve never considered having someone else come clean my house, but after my absolutely wonderful experience with Cynthia and Happy Housecleaning, this is going to be a regular occurrence! Cynthia was so efficient and did a wonderful job! I was especially impressed by how well she cleaned my huge jetted tub. It was sooooo nice to be able to have a nice relaxing bath without having to scrub it out myself!
