I purchased a home because I love the area and found that these beautiful homes were affordable. The quality is good for the price and the location is amazing. The Candlelight Homes crew made sure all details were fixed and ready for me to move in and they were prompt in fixing warranty requests.

They’ve been a fantastic builder to work with. Denise has been fantastic and I love the quality that I see in the plans and building materials. The experience has been smooth and they do a great job in the customer service aspect of the building experience. The biggest disappointment was the end result in several areas and details. Lots of aspects that I had to fix day 1 and 2 in the home. This is my biggest complaint.

Gina(new build sales) is amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. Compared to other builders, Candlelight Homes has superior quality and craftsmanship in their homes. You can see the pride they take in every job. Not your average cookie cutter builder. They take their time, but it is worth the wait. You have my recommendation!

We love the upgrades that they had designed for that house. The design team did an awesome job. We also finished the basement with them and it was a very easy and quick process. I have been so impressed with Candlelight Homes. Not only are their houses absolutely beautiful, but they have been great to work with. I worked specifically with Dave, and I would recommend him to any of my friends/family. He has been so helpful throughout the entire process and is always willing to answer any/all of my questions honestly. I have never felt pressured to add anything that I didn't truly want. He is very knowledgeable and has been so patient with me. I would 10/10 recommend building with Candlelight Homes.

What an amazing experience to build your own home from the ground up! Of course, taking on such an endeavor alone, without any experience, would have been a scary and perilous journey. Candlelight Homes made it seem easy (It's not) from start to finish. Their friendly, professional guidance offered us the ability to enjoy the entire experience, without worry. Everyone was extremely informative and great to work with: From the Real Estate agent (Denise) to the construction foreman (Dennis) and the folks at the design center - everyone! We asked a LOT of questions and stayed involved in every stage. They finished ON TIME, and followed up with us several times after we moved in. Truly a terrific experience. This was our first experience building but Candlelight exceeded expectations. They were great to work with, through the lot picking, design center, and building process! The house wasn't perfect when we signed the contract but they have been great at following up and fixing any issues we have found! I would recommend this company!
