When you call it's an answering service. "Locksmith" was late, did not speak a lick of English, did not know a thing about the lock. I spent a good amount of time researching it before they came out. They said it would be 15 for coming out to look at it, and "labor" starts at 35, I told the exactly what was wrong, he acted like he knew what was going on and what I was saying. But basically all he did was "look" at it and touch the handles with his hands. He sent pictures to the actual locksmith for directions on what to do. In the end, wasted my time, told me they can't fox it, and made me pay 50 bucks for them to come out there. I tried to argue about their non existent labor charge, and they got their "corperate" on the phone, just for them to tell me they will do the whole fix for 75, the guy still did not understand what was going on, there were 3 different people on the phone to try to translate. In the end the guy on the phone told me they can't fix anything and it's a waste of time and made me pay the money. Be very cautious!
