Amazing food and service! I was expecting it to be a lot busier do to it being Valentine's day but it was surprisingly nearly empty. Our server was so sweet

We have been coming out to eat here for years. They have small portions except for there meat cuts. Even those have been on the line for size. They are prepared as well as any of the other hi end steak houses and the service is always the tops. Today they lost points big time for the size of there sides, the blooming onions not prepared and not cooked properly. It seems that these restaurant s are cutting there own quality and portions when they should be attempting to bring in more patrons with better food and larger portions. Not the case today. Three bites of lobster tail for the price is very disappointing. Even the sweet potato side was small. A 35 plate and a salad with only a tablespoon of salad dressing seems very cheap on there part. We will be back and give them another chance. But it will be some time.
This location was very clean. The servers were very polite and very attentive. In the dining room they have the booths and tables to accommodate the 6ft apart rule. All the staff had masks and gloves.You have to have a mask when you come in. The food was perfect. We had the blooming onion for an appetizer. It came with the hot,fresh loaf of bread and whipped butter. We had a fresh garden salad, which was delicious and fresh and crisp. I ordered the top sirloin steak which came with a baked potato. The steak was perfect. It was cooked to medium. It was juicy and tender. Overall it was a delicious meal!
The service! Seriously, THE SERVICE!! Ted was our server and he was on it like his life depended on it. The food was good, as expected for Outback. The steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered them. The salads were crisp and not wilted. Blooming onion is a requisite. But THE SERVICE!!!
Services great waitress that was helping our party of 9 table was amazing. Not so much the food. You probably can't tell the picture on this review but my steak was burnt, chef didn't cook my steak with love. :-( But I was hungry so I ate it anyway dont have the patience to wait for another one for 10 minutes. The bloomin Onion that we ordered was also burnt as well.
