It wasn't crowded when we went. I don't think it's super popular for dinner. The cookies are amazing, but I don't like how you have to ask for add ins in a salad that cost that much extra. I feel like adding tomatos to my salad and black beans shouldn't be 1...

Paradise is usually one my favorite salad and sandwich joints to pick up some good quality food. The food was pretty good, the salad wasn't the freshest this time, but still tasty. My reasoning for a three star on this review is the greeter (first representative we spoke to after coming through the door) was terrible... This was a friends first experience with Paradise Bakery and he was not impressed, he said he likes Zupas better overall. Hopefully management has some customer service training's in the pipeline so that they can keep their reputation a positive one.
This saturday my husband took me here as a surprise, (I absolutely love this place and he not so much). We had our 1 year old with us and as we are standing there deciding what to order, the guy helping us said we had a very cute kid and asked what his name was. He said he was just so cute and all smiles. We ordered our food and sat down. He brought us our sandwiches and immediately came back with an extra cookie. He said it was for our kid so that he could have one too and he even remembered our kid's name! I say that is an A for customer service and we will definitely be going back.
My first time coming here. I got the bread bowl and it was massive for only 5 dollars!! The sandwiches are really good too. They put some love into what they make.
It's not the best bakery ever, and some things I've gotten were disappointing. However, the atmosphere is great and I've gotten enough good things that I'm a fan. Fun to go to while I was in high school.
Great salads and sandwiches. Loved the breakfast too. Good coffee and plenty of room to relax and read the paper
I got a wrap and my wife got soup and a sandwich. Her sandwich came in a few minutes. She said it was bland and "meh". The soup was comparable to similar places. They forgot my wrap and it took them almost 30 minutes to get it to me. And then it tasted like it had been made yesterday and refrigerated all that time. They did give us free cookies and apologized for forgetting. Most of the staff was just standing around looking bored and the kid who forgot to make my wrap never apologized. The food was OK but a bit overpriced. Just go to Zupa's or Kneaders. Way better and cheaper.
The food tries too hard to be different..just doesn't work..the soup is either too bland or too sweet. The only decent thing I tried was the oatmeal raisin cookies are very good
