I called to see about getting a code book before coming out. They said they didn’t have one in stock but could have it shipped to their store from another store. When I picked up the book they charged me for the shipping. I didn’t realize this until I had left the store. They never told me I would have to pay for shipping, if they would have said something I would have called other places. Plus as a business if you don’t have one and want to get it from another store for your customer you shouldn’t charge them for it. Very shady business practices. I will not be coming back here again.

I use them for quick network pickups, people are always helpful but make sure that you call for any racked networked equipment. They probably need to bring it in from another location.
