As a professional social worker for the elderly population, I have used 1st Care Management to help my clients get visits in the home, COVID tests, TB tests, and other services. The staff is responsive, professional, and has exceptional service skills. Their clinicians are very accommodating of various conditions including dementia. Each family I have referred to them have been very pleased with their prompt service! They are a HUGE help when it comes to healthcare needs.
