These ppl are really good. With much frustration, I gave the low ranking. I knew that something wrong I have entered in my application, so went back to the support and wasn't getting the proper response. But when they cleared out, everything worked like a charm. And I was able to submit my application without any further due. Thanks a lot, TEAM..!! :)

I got my passport renewed within 5 days with regular processing amidst pandemic. The website has clear instructions on what is required and guides you step by step while filling the application. For me the overall experience was fast and easy.

It has been impossible to get in touch with CKGS. I have tried calling, filled in feedback on their website, and sent email. I am attempting to renew my passport, and am unable to login to My Account. Something is wrong with the website. And there is no way to get someone to help me! Really frustrating!

please let me know how we can contact CKGS neither their phone number is answerable and no reply to the mentioned email ID. The number mentioned in the website says the center is closed now and please call between 9 AM and 10 PM EST Monday to Friday. My Passport application is stuck and I could;t create a new application.

This is the far best Indian government related place that I have every seen. The staff was so kind and helpful. I really wish the Indian government consider their hard work and commitment to their work and appreciate them. If there were more stars I would give them all. Keep up all the excellent work.

We were skeptical before coming at CKGS office, Atlanta for the passport reissuance. But I really had a nice experience here. Staff is very friendly and they make it very comfortable n easy. They welcomed us with smile n were willing to help no matter how many times we ask for help. All the staff was women n it was woman's day n I had a great experience. Even Went there without photographs, but she managed it with office camera. And saved my time. If I could, I would give more than five stars

I had a great experience with the CKGS Passport Application Center. The entire staff was very cordial and helpful to everyone that walked through the door. Not only did they go out of their way to help those that needed it but did so in a cheerful manner! It's not like we have choice to renew our passports elsewhere but this staff and center make it a very very pleasant experience. :)
