It has been a wonderful experience. Got prompt response to my multiple queries from a very helpful customer service representative. Received my and my son's renewed passports within 4 working days of receipt of application. Thank you for the exceptional service. CKGS always plays games with people and applicants. In fact they are a master in playing dirty games. I was wondering where did they learn such tricks. Its seems obvious after looking at their location now

0 stars. Bunch of unprofessionals works here. They won’t communicate with you at all or answer back questions. Good News is that their contract is finishing with Govt of India end of October 31, 2020, which is a great news for all of us. VFS Global is taking over by Nov 2, 2020. For interim stage, contact 24/7 customer care to get more details. I am assuming that there would be no passport or related services available from Oct 16-Nov 2.

Terrible customer service, especially during Covid times. You cannot speak with any live agent, I understand not being able to go in person, but they should at least be able to handle calls on the phone. It feels like you are sending all your personal information and important documents into a black hole and hoping it gets back to you. I sent several emails with specific questions about my applications but didn't get a single response until weeks later after my application had been processed & returned. In the meanwhile I got automated responses on their app which was of no help or relevance to me.

Very poor guidance or instructions on the shipping process. Not able to opt 'Shipping through CKGS' as there was only one option left which is 'Use your own airway bill'. But in the shipping instruction page it was mentioned as 'Shipping through CKGS' is available and can be purchased online. Lots of contradictions between what is written and the actual process.
