I went in to have a board cut into several pieces. The individual that cut my board botched almost every cut. Some being off by over 3 inches. I provided a detailed layout of how to efficiently do all of the cuts to my specs. It literally required only reading a simple set of instructions. Possibly the worst excuse for "home improvement experts" I have ever encountered. Beware they will not listen to you when you are explaining what you want. Staff is not very knowledgeable. Nor do they take care in the work they are doing. I'll go to Lowe's next time.

Home depot contractors service sucks. To many problems with installation. I suggest going to Loew's .

Worst experience ever. I am a general contractor and wanted to use Home Depot flooring once. It will be my last. They take forever to install and when something is wrong they take weeks to fix it and do not take the blame. Megafloors is more reliable than Home Depot for flooring.

In the past year, I have had numerous issues with HD and specifically this location. First, I received a washing machine that didn't work. Three months later, a replacement came but it was installed improperly causing a leak through my downstairs ceilings. While I understand that this is the installation company's fault, in the end it falls on HD to make sure things are right. To this day, no one from HD has called to see if it was fixed or even offer an apology for the incredible inconvenience I gave HD another shot by ordering 1 door. I was told an estimated 3 weeks. Since then I have over 30 "order update emails", have talked to 4 managers, an incredibly rude customer service rep Phoenix at the desk, and guess what - still no door. Bad installations and incredibly late products are terrible. But what is truly the terrible thing is the lack of accountability and action by HD. The new nonchalant approach to customer service shows that HD doesn't care about nor respect customers' time. Absolutely a disgrace for a company that is headquartered just a few miles away.
