I LOVE the infrared sauna workout. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Even when I really push myself. It’s never crowded. I also enjoy the flexibility of being able to go at any time. A huge plus! Sometimes I go and just stretch and enjoy the sauna. You can exercise in a room all to yourself, so works perfect for these times.

Omg I LOVE hotworx!!! Quit my prior gym to go here because who doesn’t want to burn extra calories and detox while being instructed so you don’t lose focus?! It’s a win win fa me!!! And the Manager here at the sandy springs location is so kind and helpful. It’s always a pleasure seeing her. Love it here highly recommended!!!!!!! It’s so peaceful, your own sauna and you can keep it at any temp you want. AND a mini gym (with everything you need) when you don't feel like being in heat. Ugh love it here!!!!!
After my former gym stopped offering all of my favorite group fitness classes, I decided to give Hotworx a try because a couple of my friends raved about it. I joined in September and have loved it! The flexibility alone is the best. The staff is friendly and the classes are great!

Been a member since August. Great workout. At least while everything was functioning. Every single room has a broken machine at this point. Every time I have asked, I’m given some runaround answer about a change in management and how they are in a fight about who has to fix the machines. My advice to people thinking about joining us other than just doing the walk thru, check out all machines. Look at the broken knobs, look at the broken foot pedals, etc. For the sake of all existing members, please ask them to fix these machines before you join. I will happily change my review when everything is finally fixed.
