This is probably the best pizza in this part of town. But more than good pizza is their fabulous service. I was confused in my ordering on line and didn’t receive what I had hoped for. I called the shop to help clarify my mistake and they immediately helped me AND sent me another corrected pizza free of charge—quickly and super hot. I was beyond thrilled and it was delish!!! Jett is a superior choice!

The person answering the phone is an absolute sloth (being polite). Was totally disappointed by the service. Just text your order in because if you don't you'll be ordering for an hour.

Unprofessional staff member failed to acknowledge customer (instead of saying “be right with you” - basic customer service) while texting/using smartphone. When picking up the order (another staff member acknowledged & brought the pizza / chicken wings to the counter), the unprofessional said two words “hold up” (instead of saying “one moment”) to put tapes on the boxes then left without saying anything else (instead of saying ok or thanks - basic customer service)

Customer service is terrible. Basically give you the take it or leave it attitude. It's franchise so corporate can't and won't do anything about them. They don't have the best cleanliness and the managers don't care either. I just decided to stop spending my money with them since they really don't care or appreciate they're patrons.

This pizza was sooooo good! Omg best pizza I’ve had in Atlanta since I’ve moved here 2 years ago! I’m so sad that I live an hour away from it but it’s sooo good and the slices were bigger than I expected! Def recommended!

I've really enjoyed the pizza from here, but last time I went (about a week and a half ago) half of the staff had their masks around their chins. Looking forward to going back after COVID I guess.
