I'd give them zero stars if I could. Do not sign up for a membership with this place!! It will be impossible to cancel it if you ever need to. I signed up for a membership a few years ago and then when I went to cancel my membership back in September of 2020 I dealt with a rude person over the phone that said it had been cancelled. It's now April 2021 and I've been charged every single month since. I have called multiple times a month every month and am always told by one of their rude employees that a manager isn't in to help me and will call me back. I never receive a call back. I have emailed the franchise's customer service email, the location's email, and another email I was able to find online and this still has not been resolved. I've been charged over 400 at this point and have wasted so much time trying to get my money back. The only way it can be resolved now is through disputing it with my bank. Ridiculous!

Chad was incredible! I was a bit nervous going to a new place, but he made me feel completely comfortable. He even adjusted the table temperature, lights, and music volume to help me feel more relaxed. His technique and pressure were perfect. I had added the hot stones elevation but realized I was a bit sensitive to the heat. He instantly made adjustments which resulted in complete bliss and I ended up loving it. I highly recommend Chad and the hot stones! Thank you so much for taking great care of me. KH

We have a monthly subscription and love it. Lauren at Abernathy Square is excellent ! She uses the perfect amount of pressure and is very accommodating. The regular visits with her has helped improve my pain and swelling. It's even helped with cellulite and shedding a few pounds!

Iran is amazing! He did a great job at making me feel comfortable and asked all the right questions before he started . He truly is a therapist. I feel so much better after just one hour!

I scheduled two massages for me and my husband a week before and we just got there - they only can give massage to one of us. I was very explicit on the phone that we are a couple. Very disappointed. My husband will never go back there. Unfortunately I was looking for a new massage provider, but they lost us.

Beautiful place. Been going here for years, but this time I got the best massage ever. It was the therapist who made the difference. Not going to name ???, though. I'd never be able to get an appointment with ??? again!

I am giving this establishment one star for their poor communication. I called them on 2/3/2021 and inquired about a Groupon special. I specifically disclosed that I wanted to book 2 massages, one for my husband and one for me. I also was very clear that I am 6 months pregnant and therefore booked the prenatal massage. The rep answered my questions and assured us that we would be able to enjoy massages in separate rooms due to their COVID policy, which is fine. I got at least 2 other phone calls the evening of 2/3/2021 and 2/4/2021 confirming my appointment from 2 different reps, none of whom though to inform me that I would need a doctor's note to get a prenatal massage. THIS INFORMATION IS ALSO NOT LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE UNDER THE PRENATAL MASSAGE TAB OR ANYWHERE ELSE. I got a call from a rep on 2/5/2021 about 4 hours before my massage stating they needed a doctor's note and they weren't sure of the person they booked me with was qualified to do prenatal massages. After requesting a refund, I was not offered any additional recourse or customer service incentives as a result of their miscommunication, inefficiency and error(s). I was only given the excuse that the customer service rep that booked my appointment initially was new. Between the lack of communication and piss poor customer service, the corporate office should contact me to resolve this matter further.
