Was seen quickly and the steps taken to help prevent covid spread were in place and practical. Dr. Nguyen was cheerful and informative. Amazing all around. Staff as well.

I scheduled a 'rapid Covid-19 test with this Piedmont Urgent Care location 6 days after being exposed to someone who had been been exposed to someone else that had tested positive. Though, I completed my 2 doses of the vaccine, I wanted to be sure. I was impressed by how clean the facility was, how efficient and kind the front personnel were and how informative the nurse who performed the 'swabbing' was. Dr. Nugyen was also on time, friendly and personable. Lastly, I very much impressed by the fast notification of my results, which in itself can be a major stress for anyone. Great job everyone! Thank you Sandy Springs Piedmont Urgent Care.

Made an appointment for Covid testing. Everyone wore masks. Hand washing gel available everywhere. Socially distanced. 15 minute wait. Results quickly. Very positive experience.

I was charged 603 to have the wax removed from my ear. It took the nurse 15 minutes. I could have gone to an Emergency room for that cost. They said because I had insurance, they didnt charge the rates listed on the attached price sheet. So I ended up paying 3 times as much. COMPLETE SCAM!

It’s a decent place, good service but very pricy. I wish they have more welcoming prices. 155 to see a physician assistant was too much. Plus added cost on every little thing. Also, looks like they missed taking my vitals. Ever wondered how they have the reviews!
