I'm amazed by the good ratings--I would never use this business. I called and asked for an estimate on a project. Mark said he would look at it on Friday. On Saturday I called, he said he had looked at it and would send me an estimate on Sunday. Ten days later I have not received it. Twice I asked him if he had my phone number, and he said "yes." The only thing I dislike more in a company than not meeting commitments is not communicating when they cannot do so.

I recently came home to find that the waterline to my washer machine split. Most of the water damage was contained but walls in the laundry room were flooded. I picked RPR because out of all of the people that came to give estaments, Mark was the most knowledgeable. When RPR was done, it looked like nothing had ever happened. Even the paint matched. I also had them install water sensors to turn the water off incase something like that happens again. I highly recommend RPR and will definitely be using there services again.
