Employees not wearing masks. Also very casual about customer service. I was told completely different things by different employees on where something was. They were both wrong... just come show me the item.

I went here last week and needed help finding some tools, so I reached out and asked Rosa if she could help me out she said “she didn’t work at that department” and still didn’t manage to tell someone else to help me out the unprofessionalism and attitude she showed towards me was no way a customer should be treated at that point I wasn’t going to argue and just walked off y’all need to do something about that Employee Rosa if you want more business at that store..

I'm 1 block away but rarely go as they never have what I need. Staff is friendly and nice but have no advice to give or assist. They can't tell you where things are in the store without a computer. It's just too small and hours are limited so I go to Dunwoody Ace instead - they have it all and it's a real hardware store with same staff that knows their stuff.
