Poor customer service. I had an appointment at 12:30 and it's been more than 30 minutes now. Apparently it takes 3 people to help 1 person pick frames while I sit and wait for my scheduled appointment. I really can't stand when companies don't value your time.

At first I was very pleased with their service when I went in for my exam, however when I called back to change my prescription and order my contact boxes the service I received was RIDICULOUS. Sherry, who took my call was extremely rude to me on the phone, her customer service is non-existent. Acted like she was being put out by doing her own job. If you don't like dealing with people then don't work in customer service. I will never go there again. It upsets me to even have to give them one star.

Don't go hear I called to set up a follow up on my contacts, and they wanted to charge an additional 50 after I had already paid for my initial eye exam.
