Very nice! Friendly employees ready to assist you. Most of all I felt safe with the sanitizing station as you come into the store and someone was wiping down the counters. Sales are a plus!

I decided to visit Bath and Body to get my birthday gift and some extra goodies for the home.Apoun entering the store, a manager asked me ,did I need help? I told her yes and she assited me.I asked did they have a 10.00 off a 30.00 order she said "Yes". I told her I had two transactions I wanted to do. She said don't worry I got you.Well,once I got to the counter she had a change of mind and said she could do one transaction for 10.00 off and the other for 20 percent off.I said that's not what we agreed on.She said "Sorry".I said no problem we can put the other order of 50.00 off and I will go with just my first order of 21.00...To me, I would have thought, I would rather make a sale of 92.00 total with subtracting 20.00 than,21.00 dollar sale.What ever happen to meeting the customer expectations and have a customer for life??? Bath and Body should be wondering why they will be closing stores this year.

Staff were nice and helpful. Too bad a lot of customers weren't wearing masks. One of the staff offered to get merchandise for me if I felt uncomfortable.

The employees make it very uncomfortable to shop. Pushy employees and the way the store is set up for the covid. Just my opinion.
