Don’t come here, you’ll WASTE your time! The dozens and dozens of blue scrubs I’m seeing is not making sense with how poor the service is. I called in an was on hold for 10 minutes waiting on the operator to find someone when I decided to hang up. I’ve been waiting here literally for over two hours and the assistant told me I could be waiting until 5p if the doctors are with other patients. It is now 2:25p. I will never come here again and will never recommend anyone to come and will also encourage my family to stay away when I hear about them coming here.

Everytime I go to this office I have to wait to be seen!!!! It does not matter what time the appointment is they seem to always run behind. If I have to make an appointment the wait on the phone is excruciating. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This place is so poorly run I would strongly caution anyone who may want to use True Health if customer service is important to you.

This place is horrible! Dr. Told me what I was going to do with my special needs kid. I waited 45 mins on hold to schedule the appointment as I always do! They scheduled me three weeks out for an appointment to see my son with autism just to get a a script signed for a refill on his pull-ups! Then one of the nurses asked me what I was there for. They told me I had to have the appointment to get script signed! She thought it was also ridiculous I had to be there for him to sign the script. Dr came barging in door barking orders about my kid. Was trying to force my son to look at his ears etc. This place is a damn joke and this will be the last time my children come here!
