We have used Comfort First Heating and Cooling a couple of times now. We have most recently had them replace an old AC unit and they did a great job. They are very professional in every way. They kept everything clean and left nothing behind for me to clean up after them. The new unit works great and we couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Comfort First is always very quick to respond to service requests in the past! This time they installed a new system and were just as fast! They worked later than normal to finish a 2 day install in 1 day, so that my family had heat overnight! They are very kind, professional and took time to explain everything. They even came inside and helped me set up thermostats after an incredibly long day! I give them all 5 stars and would reccomend them to anyone! My new system looks amazing and works great!! The technicians were great. However, it was Shelly who was the rock star. For three weeks, we have been waiting on a part. Each week, Shelly called with a detailed update on status of the necessary part. While three weeks without heat in the coldest part of the year is no fun, Shelly’s updates made it bearable. She made us feel as though we were important, and that Comfort First really did put our “comfort first” although the matter was out of its hands. Making updates a priority and informing us of what was causing the delay and when we could expect a resolution was customer service at its best. Thank you Shelly and Comfort First.
YESSSS---absolutely recommend! Our technician was in and out quickly (he had the part in his truck) he was kind and courteous and respectful of our time. I absolutely recommend this company and will use them for future issues.
Billy Eckenrode was a great person. He rewired the whole unit. I prefer him to come if we ever need anybody again. Very polite. Need more men like him
