Exceptionally pleased with the maintenance team that came to our home today to complete a system check on two of our air conditioning units. Our technicians, David and Terrance, were extremely professional, helpful and courteous. They worked efficiently as a team to service our units in a timely manner and answered questions to the best of their ability. Special thanks to Annette who helped assist me with getting an appointment and renewing our maintenance agreement. We purchased an extended warranty after our builder warranty expired and have had our units serviced every six months since we moved in. To date, we have not had to use the extended warranty and believe it is because of the service technicians thorough checklists and review at each of our visits.

Well, timeliness is not one their attributes. They promised to visit after 12 midday and after me calling them at 1:30 I was told after 2:30. But no one turned up and at 4 pm I was contacted that the visit will be after 6. As I have a 5 year old to pick up after school and get him to bed,I find it difficult to lose 4 hours of my day and still not know when the visit will be that usually takes an hour. I could see myself “entertaining ” this engineer at 8 pm. I canceled the visit a rescheduled for today which turned out better
As a returning customer I was Very disappointed with the customer service rep. She was extremely confused and unsure of herself. I needed a repair to one of two units and asked for the preventative service on both units. My wife was there when the techs came. They did a great job on the repair but never did the preventative maintenance like I asked and was quoted for. I did not want to put this out on s public review but I tried to contact Del Air several times to complain. None of my texts, or online messages were returned. I even left a voicemail on a supervisor’s voicemail and he never bothered to call me back. I am really surprised and confused as to why the are ignoring me. Update: going on 2 weeks. Still no one has bothered to call me back!
Really great crew that came to my house. They tag teamed it and replaced 2 indoor and outdoor units, plus slab and closet work, in about 6 hours.
