This is location is phenomenal! I called them in a bind for some print services and needed it done within an hour. Not only did they accommodate the request but were also able to do the 'extras' that were requested at the last minute. GREAT customer service! 5 stars for sure!

A delivery driver tossed a large box on the hood of my new truck!! There are sliding scratches as a result! Driver gave me his number and said he would handle it. 3 days later when I called him, he said I should handle it myself. No call has been returned!

I’ve come there a few time while it’s basically empty and customer service is horrible, like they have better things to do other than to HELP YOU... While walking around in circles, and fixing things that’s already perfect because you’ve fixed it a thousand times, again because you have nothing to do..The last time I was there I wanted to use the computer and every time I asked, they kept telling me how much it cost; but again I’m asking because I want to use it! When I walk in, It feels like they don’t like their job nor do they want to be there.. I suggest the manager to have a meeting in the mornings to discuss customer service and how to interact with their customers. Not talking to me with your back turned telling me how much something costs.
