I was seen by Jill R. GOVEN for my eye...second time here and it went well. There were several people waiting but I was called in within half an hour. The receptionist Tia was very friendly and didn't make me feel as though I was in her way. I had to call back later about my prescription and she was very helpful and friendly then too. No switch in personalities. The doctor came in with a student and I think she will do well in her career. They didn't make me feel rushed; they took time and asked all of the appropriate questions and listened to what I had to say...very important to me. The doctor also explained things well. We can learn so much from them. I was leary of who would be the physician since the doctor I saw last time wasn't available... and I'd read a few crazy reviews...BUT... I'm satisfied and I would refer this clinic to others. I appreciate the service I've received.

July 10 2020 Showed up around 10:50 am, waited almost 10 minutes before the receptionist came back from outside (Breann L). I called during this time, but no answer. I’m not certain what she was doing outside but your staff should make sure someone is available to take patients.
