I called to schedule a doctor's appointment and the lady on the phone asked \What is this visit about\ I told her and then she started laughing... she laughed at me. It was so embarrassing that I didn't even know what to say next. I've wanted to make that phone call for a while now and my mom encouraged me to finally take that step and the lady laughs at me for it. Are you serious? Are you there to help people or make them feel insecure? And ashamed of calling to seek help? What a joke. Save your time and drive to Fargo people
