I've tried ordering from Hungry Howie's in Sanford several times. Their deliveries are consistently late (at least 2 hours usually, although their website will promise 60 minutes or less). Their pizzas will have little toppings and almost no cheese, even if you order extra cheese. My last delivery took over 2 hours again, everything was ice cold, and, rather that apologize, my driver was rude and obnoxious. STAY AWAY!!!
Pizza was good. They can be a bit heavy handed with the salty crust flavors. The pizza was a bit greesier than necessary but tasted great. The people in the front could crack a smile every once in a while though. Got the feeling that the lady didn't want to be there. But everyone has a bad day I guess. I would give in another try when my family has pizza night again.
Kept us on hold for 13 minutes then quickly picked up the phone and hung up on us. We called back and were greeted with, “Thanks for calling, we’re closed early” with a subsequent hang up. Class A customer service at this location.
